Services
Wild Fern is a primarily virtual therapy practice offering individual and relationship therapy for adults. Most ongoing therapy sessions take place through secure tele-health, allowing for greater flexibility and consistency.
For clients interested in stepping outside of the traditional therapy format, I also offer occasional in-person art therapy studio sessions and nature-based therapy. These experiences can complement ongoing virtual therapy and offer different ways to engage in the therapeutic process.
Keep an eye out for upcoming workshops and group therapy opportunities!
Individual Therapy
60 minutes | Virtual | $130
Individual therapy offers space to explore what is happening in your life with curiosity, creativity, and support. Our work may focus on relationships, identity, confidence, communication, life transitions, creative blocks, organization, motivation, or feeling stuck and wanting something to change.
Sessions are conversational and collaborative. Some days we may explore deeper patterns and experiences, while others may focus on practical tools, current challenges, or creating systems that help you move toward the life you want to build.
Relationship Therapy
60 minutes | Virtual | $150
Relationship therapy is available for couples and partners navigating relationships in many forms. This work may focus on communication, conflict, intimacy, trust, life transitions, changing relationship structures, or the desire to better understand one another.
My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental, with space for each person's experience and for the relationship itself. I welcome clients across a variety of relationship structures.
Art Therapy – Studio Sessions
Art therapy studio sessions offer an opportunity to step away from the screen and engage in the therapeutic process through creative exploration. Sessions take place in my private art studio and may incorporate drawing, painting, collage, sculpture, mixed media, or other materials depending on your interests and therapeutic goals.
No artistic experience is needed. The focus is not on making something beautiful or technically accomplished. Art-making can offer another way to explore emotions, patterns, experiences, and ideas that may be difficult to access through conversation alone.
Extended Individual Art Therapy
80 minutes | In Person | $190
Extended individual sessions provide additional time for creative exploration within the therapeutic process. More time is intentionally set aside to allow for selecting materials, creating, reflecting, and processing the experience without rushing the creative process.
These sessions may incorporate conversation, art-making, mindfulness, and reflection depending on what feels supportive and relevant to your therapeutic goals.
Extended Relationship Art Therapy
80 minutes | In Person | $210
Extended relationship sessions offer couples and partners the opportunity to explore relationship dynamics through both conversation and creative processes.
More time is intentionally set aside for the creative process, allowing space for each person to engage with materials, create individually or collaboratively, and reflect on what emerges. The extended format also allows time to process the experience together without rushing the therapeutic work.
Individual Nature-Based Therapy
60 minutes | Outdoors | $140
Nature-based therapy offers an opportunity to step outside of the traditional therapy setting. Sessions take place outdoors and may include walking, sitting, observing, or engaging with the natural environment as part of the therapeutic process.
You do not need to be particularly athletic or outdoorsy to participate. Sessions can be adapted to different energy levels, mobility needs, and comfort with movement. We will discuss accessibility, weather, location, and the general plan for the session ahead of time.
